Water access and 220 volt service is available on a cost plus basis excellent site for painter , to store latters inventory so long as no flamable liquids are kept on the premises or small trim carpenter looking for storage area and or staging area or heated warehousing , possible photo studio note due to the nature of the building heavy or noisy activities are not allowed . special consideration no pets or animals allowed on the premises no business where offensive odors are pruduced All tennants must carrry the appropriate insurance for fire theft and a general liability protection as well as a minumum of $1000k of tennants legal liablity the landlord may suggest but is not required as to where to obtain coverages. in the event the tennant does not procure insurance or provide evidence of such on the date of occupancy or renewal date the landlor may at their discreation obtain such coverage and the tennant will be liable for such costs.
