It is a means of contacting the public  who are looking for specific products, linking companies, products and brokers to the public at one site.

Here's how it works! 
A prospective client is surfing the web looking for information on life products i.e. guaranteed issue, critical illness, term insurance, t100 etc., ( currently only guaranteed products are going to be offered).
In the future other related products will appear.
The prospective client may first go to the quoting section.
They may  get a quote from over 20 companies at one time depending on the product.
This list is growing daily. In fact we invite you to recommend your company. A company does not have to be a subscriber to Lifeinsurancebrokers.com to have its rates published, but you do.

If the client wishes to buy a product , they can go to the company link and identify the wording on the policy and a list of brokers in their area representing that particular company. If not the client can go directly to the Brokers in the area that they live, that represent that product.

We have links to most  supporting companies.  If there is not a link ,we may still quote that company and identify brokers who represent that company. 

At this time we are only linking brokers who have identified themselves as representing a particular company.  For Brokers who are not currently providing information , we ask that they call us or fax or email immediately with the pertinent information ASAP. otherwise they will be identified as not representing any company. 

Brokers who fudge company representation or qualifications and are not currently licensed to represent that company will forfeit their eligibility to be on this site indefinitely and be liable for false information. We are linked to the OIC, so each prospective client can verify licensing and or experience. We suggest if you represent a new company, email us or fax the information in immediately. Your change confirmation is confirmed by email or fax. 
A cost of $10.00 is charged for administration changes at the time of change. 

As of June 30 2002 the cost to be registered on lifensurancebrokers.com is a flat fee of 
$205 plus gst =219.35/yr  this is made up of the basic charge, email linking, fax linking and webpage linking. If you do not have a webpage at this time , for a one time fee of $50 we will create a one page webpage  and host it for no additional cost ( for paid  members only)

e) phone number  to contact 

For additional information such as:

link to your personal web page etc. 
It is an additional charge of $5.00 /item /month all included in the new flat fee  as of June 2002.
If you are a licensed broker via the Financial Services Commision of Ontario or your Provincial or State Regulator and without a criminal record, declared bankruptcy or under suspension or investigation, you are eligible to be on this site. 
We do not guarantee any form of performance , but as the site matures we hope to be the main site for insurance quoting.
